POSITION OVERVIEW
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
FULFILMENT ADMINISTRATOR TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP SUPPORT.
YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE
ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR TO ADMINISTER AND CO-ORDINATE THE PICK, PACK AND SYSTEMATIC DISPATCH OF STOCK FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- PREPARING AND CREATING PAPERWORK TO ASSIST WITH THE PICK & PACK PROCESS
- CO-ORDINATING TIMELY SYSTEMATIC DISPATCH OF STOCK AND OUTBOUND DELIVERIES
- TRACK BACKORDERS AND ACTION ACCORDINGLY
- HIGHLIGHT AND ASSIST WITH CORRECTION OF INACCURATE STOCK COUNTS
- WORKING CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL TEAMS
PERSON SPECIFICATION
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
EXPERIENCE IN A WAREHOUSE ADMINSTRATION ROLE OR SIMILAR ROLE IS REQUIRED
MUST HAVE COMPETENT COMPUTER SKILL, EXCEL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IS ESSENTIAL

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
