Responsibilities:

Have extensive experience with
Microsoft server, database technologies and Microsoft
Azure IaaS and PaaS capabilities.

- work alongside the Service Desk Manager, Head of Operations and a team of Engineers

Handling customer solution issues
You will be working with Microsoft Server, Exchange, Remote Desktop Services, Citrix, Active Directory, SQL Server, WVD, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, AVD, Cisco Meraki, Intune and our Icinga/Site24x7 and log analytics monitoring platform.
Might have to deal with escalated emergency calls outside of normal working hours however, working outside hours is are. They operate a two tier on call rota which means you will always have a point of escalation. On call is financially renumerated.

Essential Technical Skills:

Experience in a 3rd line support context covering
Microsoft Cloud technologies:
Microsoft Windows Server 2019, 2016 and 2012 R2 and infrastructures
Microsoft Windows Desktop/Office Suite
Application Virtualisation (RDS, AVD, Citrix etc)
Microsoft Active Directory
Microsoft SQL Server
Office 365 (Exchange online, OneDrive & SharePoint etc)
Azure IaaS/PaaS
