JOB TITLE Receptionist




LOCATION:
Teesside Par, Stockton on Tees




PAY RATE:
£9.97 per hour




SHIFT PATTERN:
Monday - Friday (16 hours)

Job Objective & Responsibilities:


  • Being a Customer Service presence on site.
  • Handling customer enquiries out on the park and face to face.
  • Being vigilant where Customer Service opportunities arise with Customers and Occupiers.
  • Liaison with other internal departments such as Security, Cleaning and maintenance etc.
  • Carry out inspections around the Park and report any issues to the wider team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Your duties will involve providing excellent customer service to our customers, visitors, and client
  • Being professional, with an excellent attention to detail in office administrative duties
  • Being an excellent ABM brand ambassador
  • Providing hospitality when required
  • Meet and greet for Client visitors and Occupiers
  • Control of wheelchair allocation and return
  • Documenting compliments and complaints from customers who enter the building
  • Taking responsibility for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the area
  • Supporting the team with events and celebrations
  • Purchasing of items when required

Person Specification:


  • Proven experience, or an have excellent Reception/Customer service skills
  • First class levels of customer service
  • You must be well presented and professional
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • You must be able to remain calm and work well under pressure
  • You will be honest, reliable, and trustworthy
  • You must be IT literate, conversant in all Microsoft office packages to include Word and Excel
  • You must be flexible in terms of the working hours required of you
