The Role:
As a Site Administrator / Document Controller, you will play an integral part of the project team and be a conduit to other departments within McGee (such as Marketing, Finance, HR etc) This role will focus on providing administrative support to the Project Manager in areas such as resource management, plant, procurement, office related logistics, health and safety, training and personnel, while ensuring the project is fully compliant in terms of information uploading and storing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage document control systems, ensuring accurate storage and organisation of project documentation.
- Oversee health and safety documentation, including method statements and toolbox talks.
- Assist in procurement of materials and plant equipment, tracking deliveries and collections.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as timesheet processing and office logistics.
- Support learning and development initiatives, ensuring training and competency assessments are completed.
- Act as a focal point for reporting social value information.
- Support the Project Manager with various adhoc tasks as and when required.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar Document Controller and/or Administrator role.
- Ideally experience using Aconex Document Control System.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- High attention to detail
- Strong delivery focus and excellent customer service
- Advanced in MS Office
