Description
A new role has become available in the Runcorn office of Azelis.

This role will involve processing documentation for the maintenance of data in accordance with the Azelis Group policies, local procedures and in compliance with fiscal requirements.

The Data Administrator would support the Data Manager in maintaining local D365 master data, whilst also liaising with the commercial functions to ensure accuracy of purchase & master planning data.

Main Accountabilities

  • Guarantee of ERP expertise and data conformity
  • Ensure compliance with all QA and SHE requirements, procedures and working instructions in order to maintain high service standards and quality of Data Management
  • To ensure consistency of operation across all UKIE sites.
D365 Data Management

  • Liaising with both the Local UKIE data manager and UK finance team with reference to source data management: base product set up, localising of products, vendor account amendments and new vendor set up.
  • The Data Administrator would manage data collection, liaising both internally with the commercial teams (Runcorn, Stoke & Ireland Industrial) and with external partners in accordance with group and local data standards.
Purchase Process Administration / MP

  • Administration of master planning/purchase set up. Ensure that the data set up is monitored and modified as required lead times, moq, min stock holding etc.
  • To enable purchasing to run smoothly, purchase prices, logistics costs, duty etc. need to be fully maintained. The Data Administrator would liaise with the commercial functions across UKIE to ensure we have accurate data and populate the system.
  • Provide regular reports to the planning team, to enable adjustment of lead times, moq & stock holding
Experience, Skills & Education

  • Operational experience in Supply Chain & purchasing preferable
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Advanced user of various IT tools and ERP systems.
