Job Profile
Jo Holdsworth recruitment are currently recruiting an Administrator on behalf of a fast growing Telecoms company, located on the outskirts of Leeds - accessible from the train station and motorway links.
Your role will involve working closely with the Directorsand Clients to ensure you are providing the best service when managing existing and new Clients.
They are a fast growing business and they are looking for an Administrator to assist with that growth.Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Working across a number of flagship projects with household names
- Consulting with Local Planning Authorities
- Some reporting of data into the client
- Updating our database
- Ensure all activities are completed within agreed SLA's and quality assurance standard
- Ensure that all documents are accurately recorded on the relevant systems
- Any other reasonable administrative tasks as required of you within your role
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:
- Experience in Admin, Customer Service
- Good IT skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team and with contractors as well as using own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
Salary:
Up to £26,000 per annum depending on your level of experience
