Package:
£23K-25K Basic Salary - £45K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2 and £60K Year 3

This company is a fast-growing Recruitment Agency and are experts in senior level private equity and finance recruitment.

Their commission scheme goes all the way up to 50% and they even have an in-house Learning and Development Manager to make sure yourtraining is unique to your situation.

Whether you're training to be a better Consultant, a Manager or even a Director, they will help you get there.

After doubling their revenue over the past 12 months they are now looking for ambitious Graduates to join theiraward winning team.

The Role:

Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
Account Management
Building relationships with existing and new clients

Up to 50% commission is 30% above industry average

The Requirements:

2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Years Sales Experience
