Admin Assistant - Operations
My client a leading employer who due to continued sales demand require additional administrative support in various functions of their business - such as Accounts, Business and Operations

The working hours for the role are on a shift pattern basis Monday - Friday and include 1 weekend in every 10 week's


Main Responsibilities:


  • General administration, filing photocopying, faxing, generation of correspondence.
  • Banking duties
  • Setting up Excel spreadsheets, reports, and pivot tables for analysis
  • Maintaining records on excel and sharepoint.
  • General finance administration.
  • Keeping and maintaining records for Operational Program.
  • Obtaining quotations
  • Assist in the arrangement of meetings, conferences and any internal or external events. Ensuring catering arrangements and equipment bookings are in place
  • To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required.
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft office packages ideally excel
  • Previous experience within an Admin function
  • Can do attitude with good attention to detail
