The RoleOur Pioneer programme gives our Scientific Associates the opportunity to work in different areas of the business, learning about each and gaining a truly broad perspective of the industry.
With support from senior team members throughout, you undertake four four-month rotations, where you will have responsibility for specific project deliverables, managing the operational and scientific aspects of those deliverables as required, including:- Researching and understanding client briefings and issues.
- Taking responsibility for the delivery of specific projects across designated accounts and ensuring the development of clear, accurate, grammatically correct written work to meet the project/client brief, timelines and budget
- Developing a working knowledge of different areas of Bioscript and the work involved in those areas.
Requirements:
- A strong scientific background, including a minimum of a BSc (or equivalent) at 2:1 in the biological or medical sciences; a higherlevel degree (e.g., MSc or PhD) would be advantageous
- Evidence of a strong interest in healthcare communications
- A good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint, including format and presentation within written documents
- An understanding of what healthcare communications is and the differing areas of medical writing, regulatory writing and market access/value communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showing attention to detail, accurate articulation of ideas, and appreciation to structure and flow.
