Acorn Recruitment is hiring a Locality Administrator based in the Basildon area on behalf of our renowned Health Board Trust client.

The successful Locality Administrator must have previous administrative experience within a Public Sector or Customer Service based role.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide effective administrative support using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel
  • Undertake secretarial and administrative duties, preparing documents with a high degree of accuracy as required by the Management Team including confidential letters and reports
  • Populate and maintain locally the Global Rostering System
  • Arrange sickness absence review meeting, initiate RTW meeting
  • Facilitate the planning of RTW programmes as dictated by the Emergency Operational Management Teams
  • Support new administrators by consolidating previous training and providing mentorship
  • All filing, general, personal and daily file correspondence is kept up to date
  • Communicate in a confidential manner when appropriate

Contract:
full-time temporary, ongoing


Hours:
Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week


Pay:
£21,730 per annum
