At S4, the Swim Coordinator plays a crucial role and is an integral part of our family.

Serving as the central communication hub for our members, the Swim Coordinator must exhibit exemplary leadership, organisational skills, work ethic, and communication abilities.

A deep understanding of our company philosophy is essential to ensure the smooth and professional running of sessions.


We believe that a Swim Coordinator's leadership directly influences the success of their teaching team and the overall effectiveness of the S4 sessions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of communication for members
  • Exhibit strong organisational and time management skills
  • Communicate effectively with both adults and children
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company philosophy and group structure
  • Possess an appropriate level of technical knowledge for swimming instruction
  • Utilise the online database proficiently when necessary
  • Engage in opportunities for growth through inhouse training, as well as ongoing mentoring and support from directors

Location 1:
Waterhouses CE Primary Academy & Nursery

Address: Waterfall Lane, Waterhouses, Stoke-on
  • Trent ST10 3HY

Days: Monday and Thursday

Time: 16:1- 19:15

Pay: Starting from £20.00 per hour


Location 2:
Blythe Bridge High School and Sixth Form

Address: Cheadle Rd, Blythe Bridge, Stoke-on
  • Trent ST11 9PW

Day: Friday

Time: 15:4- 20:15

Pay: Starting from £20.00 per hour


Position Status:
Employed
