Description and requirements:
Working as a Compliance Administrator you will be working within the Contract & Performance team, this key role will provide an auditing, administration and management reporting support function for Northwood HQ contract, with a particular emphasis on Quality Assurance activities on the project.
You'll:
- Provide administration for all QA and auditing activities across the site
- Document control for QA and auditing
- Conduct and support contractual audits
- Provide Administration support for the Contract & Performance Team; this will include business reports and trackers
- Provide Administration Support Services, such as performance reporting
- Input and evaluate data
- Prepare of PowerBI Dashboards
- Adhoc reporting requests
- Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Understand and advise on contractual reporting requirements
- Manage excellent relationships with the client, our suppliers, and other partners within the contract.
- Support and lead the introduction of operational best practice into the contract.
We are looking for:
- Office Administration background
- MS office experience essential especially MS Excel
- Document control experience
- Keen to develop QA knowledge by attending ISO9001 Introduction course if required and then ISO9001 auditing course
