Description and requirements:

We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our building services team at Northwood HQ.

Working as a Compliance Administrator you will be working within the Contract & Performance team, this key role will provide an auditing, administration and management reporting support function for Northwood HQ contract, with a particular emphasis on Quality Assurance activities on the project.

You'll:

Provide administration for all QA and auditing activities across the site
Document control for QA and auditing
Conduct and support contractual audits
Provide Administration support for the Contract & Performance Team; this will include business reports and trackers
Provide Administration Support Services, such as performance reporting
Input and evaluate data
Prepare of PowerBI Dashboards
Adhoc reporting requests
Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Understand and advise on contractual reporting requirements
Manage excellent relationships with the client, our suppliers, and other partners within the contract.
Support and lead the introduction of operational best practice into the contract.

We are looking for:

Office Administration background
MS office experience essential especially MS Excel
Document control experience
Keen to develop QA knowledge by attending ISO9001 Introduction course if required and then ISO9001 auditing course
