Job Role & Accountabilities


Reporting to the Sales Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for promoting sales of asphalt to a range of customers within this very demanding market.


Key tasks include:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our existing customer base in order to maximize sales opportunities
  • Acquisition of new customers through promoting of our value proposition and services
  • Work toward agreed performance targets for volume, margin, and profitability.
  • Establish collaborative working relationships across the supply chain, sharing knowledge, experience and expertise, to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Promote and Develop a Health and Safety culture across all aspects of the business

Skills Required:


  • Strong commercial awareness combined with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels.
  • Highly selfmotivated, well organised and have a strong determination to succeed.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and have the ability to work as an effective member of the Asphalt team.
  • Knowledge of SAP/ CRM
  • Knowledge of regional Asphalt capabilities and regional Asphalt customer base desirable
  • Previous sales experience desirable
  • A strong work ethic and a team player mentality
  • Valid Full Car Driving License
