Description

Responsibilities:

Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, and convert them into job cards for the production unit
Distribute work to production team, ensuring strict time deadlines are adhered to, keeping within the agreed budget
Maintain ERP systems where applicable
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Attend regular team meetings with Supply Chain Team and Order Fulfilment Manager, and produce information gathered
Upkeep of spreadsheets

Experience:

Prior experience in fulfillment/warehouse administration preferred
Familiarity with supply chain operations and systems
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting

Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
