Newspress, the world's leading provider of press information for the automotive industry, has a vacancy for a content administrator.
We are a company that works with all the major car manufacturers as well as many automotive industry brands, distributing press material on their behalf as well as uploading press content on to their media websites, which we build and maintain.
What you will be doing:
The content administrator will work within a team uploading press materials on to the Newspress websites - central information hubs for automotive journalists - as well as uploading images, videos and other associated documents on to brand-specific media websites, according to specific formats and instructions.
The work will be in shifts from 08.30 to 16.30 and 10:30 to 18.30.
What we need from you:
Full training will be given, but a working knowledge of the following programmes for the preparation and uploading of content to websites would be an advantage:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge)
- A basic knowledge of html script
- Adobe Photoshop (basic knowledge)
- CMS systems put in place for the uploading of releases and images to specified client websites.

Members of the UK content team have volunteered for a secondment to the USA to help look after our Newspress USA Inc.
