We are committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for our students, and we are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team.
If you have experience working with children, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, we would encourage you to apply.
This position is contracted on a Term Time Only basis.This means you will mainly work when the school is open to students and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so.
In total you will be in work for a minimum of 38 out of 52 weeks.About Us

Job Purpose _

- Support the learning, personal development and inclusion of pupils in accordance with the ethos and policies of the school
- Provide high standards of care and play opportunities for children between the ages of 4 and 11 years old in a safe, secure and stimulating kids club environment
- Provide supervision of pupils during the lunchtime period both in the dining area and during playground activities
We are seeking individuals who are able to demonstrate our core behaviours which set out the expectations we have of our staff.
Key Skills & Experience
- Sound educational background including GCSE's in Maths and English (A*C) or equivalent
- Experience working in a school environment would be advantageous
- Ideally possess prior experience within a similar role
