About Our Client:
Page Personnel are recruiting on behalf of their client who are a well established manufacturing organisation based in Wakefield that have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join their team on permanent basis.
Our client has seen rapid growth year on year and due to this require extra assistance within their operations team.
- Answering phones transferring calls and taking and distributing messages.
- General office administration duties.
- Assisting the Managing Director.
- Diary management.
- Preparation of paperwork for projects.
- Gathering information from projects and recording it.
- Corresponding with suppliers to gather quotations.
- Processing and checking purchase invoices.
- Data Input on spreadsheets.
- Maintain office systems including data management and filing.
- Maintain the company's database to ensure that all work is entered and processed.
- To assist with the necessary paperwork to ensure health and safety and internal audit systems are kept up to date, writing of risk assessment and method statements.
- Issuing and quality checking reports and documents.
- Posting on Social Media Accounts
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Project Administrator will have/ be:
- Excellent computer skills required; Excel skills required must be at least intermediate.
- Office experience is necessary, experience in construction would be beneficial but not essential.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication skills required.
- Must be able to work on your initiative to meet deadlines.
