Description

The Head of ICT Infrastructure is a senior independent and proactive role, leading the establishment, development and running of the Infrastructure team.

To lead the effective and efficient operation and management of the ICT Infrastructure team, constantly striving to offer the highest possible standards of service.

To plan, develop, deliver and improve Informatics services, focusing in particular on Infrastructure, to a range of customers both internal and external.

To develop Informatics strategy and policies focusing in particular on Infrastructure.

To provide leadership and direction for the Infrastructure team. To justify, secure, and effectively manage Informatics revenue and capital budgets, ensuring value for money and realisation of benefits.
