A fantastic new vacancy has arisen across all of our locations. We are recruiting experienced administrators to support the smooth running of our ambulance stations.


In this critical role you will support the Operational Managers with their administration, in order to allow them greater capacity to carry out their broader operational duties.

Applicants who were unsuccessful for this position within the last 3 months need not apply.

Your main responsibilities will include looking after all the administrative duties to facilitate the smooth running of the stations.

Main duties include;
Being the single point of contact for staff queries

Liaising with Payroll

Minute Taking

Facilitating planning for staff to attend training

Produce reports as and when required

Essential Skills:

Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data

Clear communicator with good writing, data entry, and telephone


Desirable Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and

Understanding of Data Protection

Experience of working in a health care environment
