Fast-growing leader in the children's sports sector offers an extraordinary marketing professional far from 'ordinary' job role.

The Little Foxes Club is currently nurturing an interest in sports and vital life skills in thousands of children.

Now, we need an experienced, energetic and creative team recruit, to enable us to reach even further and achieve even more, using their dazzling marketing abilities.

Though we are successful already, you will help us to build our marketing strategy and plan from the 'ground' up.

That requires a bold decision-maker, a willingness to innovate, but also someone who loves being part of an enthusiastic group of managers, facilitators and coaches.

This new marketing Officer role is a combination of remote working, active involvement at our friendly HQ and going into the 'field' in the truest sense.

So, don't expect to sit behind a desk all day, and you may need to dive 'feet first' into this job

It's a full-time post (40 hours), but we may consider a suitably experienced and ambitious individual looking for a part-time position (minimum three days a week).

A competitive salary and benefits package will be geared around the successful applicant's level of marketing expertise.

Hopefully, the biggest 'benefit' will be being part of a fabulous team, dedicated to very worthwhile business goals and supporting UK child health, wellbeing and sports targets.

Ideal skillset for our enthusiastic Marketing Officer

  • At least three years of previous experience in marketing sports, children's activities or educationbased initiatives would be excellent. You also need marketing knowledge of getting startup/young businesses to the 'next league'.
  • A BA in Marketing or a related field would also be preferred.
  • As this is such a creative role, in a fastgrowing young business, you will certainly need to be strategic and focused, and ready to formulate and deliver a measurably effective marketing plan. That makes proven problemsolving abilities, a strong team ethic and a genuine interest in sports/child development absolutely essential.

About The Little Foxes Club

You would become a key post holder in London's leading children's sports club, and be pivotal in taking our brand further afield.

The Little Foxes Club provides a packed programme of community-based coaching in football, tennis and rugby, working with superb professional coaches and former pro players, who have reached the top of their profession.

We also deliver popular holiday camps, and London's leading grassroots football club - Foxes FC. Our league teams - ranging from U6 to U18 age groups - compete in the major London football leagues. Some get to compete internationally, as well as nationally.

We also provide successful Girls' Teams, Disability Teams, Development Squads, and Friday 5-A-Side Leagues.

Some of our children are tomorrow's professionals, though many are simply benefiting hugely from safe, inclusive sports activities that build skills for life.

Our high standards have earned us working relationships with local authorities, individual schools, other clubs and national sports bodies, and the top team 'scouts'.

What the role will include

You will make this post your own and bring your own ideas and flair to the future marketing of The Little Foxes Club.

Your digital and offline marketing activities will be done in partnership with friendly HQ colleagues, but also the web development agency, graphic designers, videographers, photographers, copywriters and trusted vendors we have already recruited.

A social media strategy will need to be formulated and supported, and you will provide a speedy response when parents or anyone else contacts us via social media platforms.

We also need someone to manage, create and schedule website blogs, and newsletters using MailChimp.

You will be our brand champion; making sure we communicate well, constantly. This includes working with our coaches and network of franchisees, to orchestrate consistent messaging and an assertive outreach.

Benefits we offer

There will never be a dull day, and you will be partly working remotely, but also spending time at activity hubs in Park Royal, NW10 and Chiswick, W4 and out in the field.

You will be equipped with a Macbook Pro and iPhone, and there is free on-site car parking at our newly refurbished offices.

Alongside flexible working hours, we provide 28 days of holiday per annum, pension contributions and company-funded skills development.

As we are growing fast this role undoubtedly offers opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
