We are currently recruiting an
Administrator to be a part of our integral team in
Catterick, Garrison DL9 4ADFor this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process*
DBS and security clearance checks are required due to the nature of workplace.

What you'll be doing

  • Typing
  • Collation and preparation of Regimental Part One Orders and distribution on DII.
  • Maintain a repeat orders system and duty roster system.
  • Update and maintain elements of the Regimental website as required.

Administration

  • Filing of correspondence in both hard and electronic copy.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries and distribution of outgoing and incoming faxes as necessary.
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail, distributing where appropriate.
  • Responsible for ensuring the office equipment is maintained in working order, also ensuring adequate supplies of consumables for the Regt and all Sub Units as necessary.
  • Utilize the MOD online travel booking system for hotels and transport, complying with relevant JSP
  • The preparation of routine casework work as directed.
  • Updating of standing orders and distribution of amendments as required.
  • Issue HM Forces Railcards and update JPA element entries.
  • Conduct JPA Move & Track for personnel movements.
  • Champion excellent customer service and effectively implement customer communication tools to support operations, the customer and the client

Experience

  • Compliance and Key requirements:

Knowledge of all applicable systems and processes

Knowledge of company timelines and deadlines

Knowledge of customer and client documentation, competition and deadlines

Must possess NVQ level 2, ECDL or equivalent.

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is desirable

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
