Our client, headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in China, the UAE and the UK, is an
established full-service property investment company that helps high-net-worth investors add the strength of
global real estate to their portfolios.

Based in London and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this position will play a key role within the company to
drive and deliver our client's digital marketing strategy
and global lead generation.

The role of
Marketing Executive is to
brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, while developing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

To be considered, you should have a
strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to
run digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate to
create marketing collateral including copywriting for campaigns and assist with event co-ordination both
virtually (webinars) and in-person (seminars).

Personal specification:

Strong written and verbal English communication skills
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Proven work experience in digital marketing (2+ years)
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing on social platforms
Proficient in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns and familiarity with Google Analytics
Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM) advantageous
Experience using InDesign advantageous
Selfmotivated and goaloriented
Teamoriented, ability to work in an agile environment
Keen interest in real estate/ investment products
Strong attention to detail.

The
salary on offer will be in the region of
£28,000 to £32,000 **depending on experience.
