Description

Main purpose of the job:

To deliver great service to all customers.


To work with the hospitality team to ensure all service requirements are properly delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Result Areas:_


Food Preparation and Production
Ensure that the Hospitality catering is presented and served to a high standard and in a timely manner

Ensure all Hospitality is set up to a professional standard and delivered on time

Ensure all Hospitality equipment is clean and properly stored

Maintain sufficient availability of all provisions throughout the service period

Maximise all opportunities to reflect a professional image of the company

Ensure appropriate accompaniments and garnishes are offered


Hygiene, Health and Safety
Fulfil all cleaning tasks as identified by the cleaning schedule using the appropriate cleaning materials in a safe and responsible manner

Report any equipment and/or building fabric faults and any hygiene, health and safety hazards to the Hospitality Manager or Supervisor

Maintain excellent personal hygiene

Wear the correct uniform ensuring it is cleaned and pressed

Wear Personal Protective Equipment, as required, when carrying out specific duties

Comply with all Company hygiene and health & safety procedures ensuring compliance with the company Health, safety and food safety manual


Customer Service
To smile and adopt a welcoming attitude to all customers and visitors

Acknowledge and treat all customers and clients in a polite and professional manner referring them to the Hospitality Manager where necessary

To ensure all the events spaces/ venue hire spaces are clean and tidy at all times and pay attention to the overall environment making it inviting for our clients

Address all comments in a positive manner

Maintain discretion at all times

Communicate client/customer feedback to the Hospitality Manager


Team Effectiveness
To be an active member of the hospitality team supporting colleagues in the delivery of the overall contract

To attend all necessary training courses and team meetings as required by your manager

To ensure you work to the defined standards of Graysons and the client, asking for guidance and clarification as necessary

Zero hours contract


Pay:
£7.67-£15.40 per hour
