Joining a team of 5 in people operations, to provide an efficient and responsive people operations (HR) service, acting as first point of contact for all HR and recruitment queries, providing advice and guidance to employees and managers across the business.
Working as part of the people operations team to ensure that an effective, timely and joined up customer service is provided to managers, employees.
The HR administrator supports the people operations (HR) team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Package and Benefits

Responsibilities
- Supporting employees and line managers with routine HR enquiries, escalating concerns and risks where necessary.
- Maintain accurate HR & Payroll data through timely recording and upkeep of information on the HR Information system. Ensure control processes are followed and maintain a complete audit trail of all changes. Undertake regular cleansing of data.
- Produce HR reports including organisation charts and distributing management information to provide customers with quality, timely management information.
- Support and administration of compliance training.
- Onboarding administration for all new employees and contractors.
- Handle correspondence with new starters ensuring that they receive quality information about their contract terms and conditions and receive a helpful response to any queries.
- Assist with a range of recruitment activities including, process recruitment vacancies ensuring correct data capture and information is shared with our external recruitment partner.
- Monitor and process employment offers ensuring all preemployment checks are completed.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service experience understanding prioritisation of responses and escalations where necessary.
- Able to work with process but flex where necessary.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Able to cope with conflicting demands and deadlines.
- Confident to deliver induction presentations to new starters at all levels in the business.
- Ideally have experience of providing administrative and technical support for a range of HR Operations functions including employee life cycle, recruitment, HR system maintenance and development, financial controls.
