Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for Guest Service Host to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in Chapel Hill, Charter Way, Braintree

To be a front-line customer service desk representative, dealing directly with members of the public, tenants and client requests.

To support and assist Guest Experience Manager along with the Centre Management team in supporting marketing, promotional and commercialisation activities.

To assure that the company standards and policies are followed and maintained

Key Responsibilities:


  • Adhere to and manage all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
  • Manage resources to ensure delivery against contract within the delivery team
  • Provide an outstanding experience to all our guests.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to provide great service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and GDPR rules in all aspects of client and staff information.
  • Represent the site, interacting with clients, suppliers and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Management of all cash handling, gift card reporting and any associated tasks
  • Manage the lost and found and mobility hire procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, mailing and filing.
  • Maintain the department standards following all routines.
  • Assist with the administration of marketing materials as and when appropriate.
  • Assist with event and promotional activity management as required.
  • Assist the Retail Managers with the preparation and distribution of brand partner communications.
  • Ensure the Dropit hands free service is delivered.
  • To ensure all work is carried out in a safe, proper and thorough manner taking into account Health and safety legislation, Incentive FM policies and procedures, risk assessments and method statements.

About You:


  • Experience of working with the public in a customer focused environment
  • Experience of working and building partnerships with clients
  • IT literacy skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Articulate and can communicate effectively
  • Organised individual who can demonstrate a record of planning and managing workflows
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of highquality service delivery representing the centre, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • The ability to be agile and flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role
  • Excellent time management organisation with ability to prioritise and multitask with clear ability to focus on detail
