More about the role:

We are seeking a
Customer Service Specialist to join our customer focused friendly team.

Our Customer Service Specialists work 37.5 hours a week between 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, occasional Bank Holidays


About the role:

  • Outbound task such as providing customer updates
  • Helping customer place orders over the phone
  • Administration work, including data input of customer information and products
  • Ad hoc tasks to help with our business need

  • You've got a cando attitude and are keen to leave customers with a positive experience
  • You've got great listening and communication skills including a friendly telephone manner and you care about customers wanting to solve problems efficiently.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You have good organisation skills.
  • You can manage your time effectively

LOCATION:
Crewe, 6 weeks training in the office, after 6 weeks hybrid**
Schedule of Work: 37,5h per week




CONTRACT:
permanent





SALARY:
competitive salary + annual bonus
