A leading property company across South Wales is seeking a friendly, keen, and experienced Lettings Maintenance Co-ordinator to join its team.


This office-based full-time role is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants a fresh challenge within their career, acting as liaison between landlords, contractors, and tenants across the company's growing portfolio.


Our client is seeking someone with at least a year's experience in property management, and ideally, will be ARLA or Guild qualified together with having a Rent Smart Wales licence, but this isn't necessity as training will be facilitated in the office.


They're looking for someone energetic with excellent administrative, telephone, and customer service skills, and who has good knowledge and experience in co-ordinating maintenance work, sub-contracting, managing quotations and monitoring compliance certificates.


As well as a great base salary of between £18,000 to £20,000 depending on experience, there's a generous commission structure, too.
