Do you want an opportunity to work for our Global drinks client and to join Scotland's largest
and one of the very oldest grain distilleries.


Situated in Fife, the site is manufacturing for some of the most well-known brands in the world It is a huge site and a real hub of engineering activities take place.


We are looking for a
CI Maintenance Lead to come and join the team permanently, you will come with experience within an Fast Paced, FMCG, Packaging or bottling environment with a strong technical mindset.


You will be heavily involved in taking the lead on maintenance improvement projects and be influential on machinery, you will bring a data and analytical driven mindset - being able to dig into data and come up with ideas for improvements using DMAIC and Lean practices and understand basic fundamentals of mechanical engineering.

The role will handle CAPEX project delivery ensure Management of Change and Early Equipment Management protocols and practices are followed without question and will require setting the highest of standards with respect to Safety


You will have:


  • Ability to lead people performance, coaching and development of a multidisciplined team.
  • Problem solving and engineering modifications, alterations and additions to improve Packaging machinery performance and reliability.
  • Indepth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
  • An analytical mind able to "see" the complexities of procedures, equipment failures and reliability.
  • Carry out Reliability Centred Maintenance studies.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Track record of maintenance management, asset care strategy development and engagement.
