Location:
Basingstoke - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Contract:
Permanent, Fulltime - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know
Salary:
up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience
Responsibilities:
As a Streetworks Coordinator, you'll be working within the Operational Support team, supporting them by facilitating the delivery of work ensuring that all KPI's and SLA's are met to reduce fines, drive performance and improve relationships.
Your day to day will include:
- Responsible for facilitating the delivery of work to meet SLA's
Be an excellent communicator and work alongside the operations teams to raise notice and permit requests within the required timeframes.
- Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders when permits are raised and in use, chase relevant stakeholders for updates and escalate various issues where required
- Ensure all systems are updated in a timely manner with the correct information, run Jeopardy management reports, deliver performance to set Client KPIs/SLAs alongside any other reasonable request as determined by management.
This role of Streetworks Coordinator is great for you if:
