Responsibilities:


  • Leads projects and presents solutions at an advanced level.
  • Liaises with multiple Operation teams.
  • Applies indepth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.
  • Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating to others in area.
  • Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact.
  • Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
  • Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams, and is involved in coaching and training of new recruits.

Qualifications:


  • 58 years relevant experience
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of MS Excel / MS Access. Accounting knowledge. Analytical skills.

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

We have a Client relationship group, dedicated to overseeing the Organizational service performance and strategicpartnership for our top tier client base, where we play a key role in supporting our global clients to ensure they have a first-class experience when doing business with Citi.

Our Business Intelligence and Process Re-engineering group works alongside our Operations teams delivering automation solutions to solve for operational challenges.

We partner with Citi's innovation labs to drive optimization, and overall play a pivotal rolein enabling us to transform to achieve our target operating model.
