Trainee Estimator
The Trainee Estimator, reporting to the Senior Estimator, shall have the responsibility for the preparing and submitting of quotations for interior products used in a range of construction projects throughout the UK

Responsibilities:

Analysing plans, bill of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs and prepare quotations
Obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
Identifying and evaluating all technical issues that are related to a particular project.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:

Clear understanding of wanting to have a career within the construction industry.
Be able to demonstrate advanced IT skills.
The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Previous estimating experience, while advantageous, is not required as training will be provided
A methodical approach to work

Benefits
Competitive Salary to £22k, early finish Friday, workplace pension, 29 holidays per year.
