Description
Invercare is a provider of home care services in a number of regions within the west of Scotland. Due mainly to growth, we are looking for Finance Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual who has previous experience in invoicing and payroll. This role is 10 hours per week working 2 days per weekThe responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Processing pension data
- Credit control and managing daily payments
- Preparing checks for banking
- Invoicing to various local authorities
- Processing and matching invoices control of invoice errors
- Reconciliation of invoices
- Manage invoice mailbox
- Be qualified to HNC Accounts
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft office and in particular Excel
- Have a good understanding of accounting software
- Be able to work under pressure
