An opportunity has arisen to join their expansive sales team as a BDM.

Within in this field based BDM position, you will have the following responsibilities:


  • Responsibility for managing and developing existing clients whilst developing new business opportunities ensuring the company's market leading position is maintained.
  • You will be expected to achieve your own individual sales targets whilst meeting key customer needs and achieving fantastic customer service levels.
  • You will manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers through building a strong customer relationship to ensure that customer's needs are recognised and met.
  • You'll establish customer agreements and ensure that pricing guidelines are always applied and profitability targets for customers are met.
  • You'll represent the company's brand image and values through the work you do demonstrating the behaviours that reflects the incredible high standards the company maintains.
  • You will have full autonomy of your own diary so, great organisational skills are key.
  • They are a people business so ultimately you must be sociable, personable, friendly and a great communicator along with having a passionate, can do attitude so, therefore you must be selfmotivated, moneymotivated and driven to succeed.
Experience within logistics is preferred.

On offer is a £50,000 basic salary, bonus (up to £50,000), company car, laptop, mobile, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, contributory pension and further peripheral company benefits.
