**Full time, 40 hours, (8:30am
- 5pm)**
Permanent
£22,921 per annum, plus £6,200 for London Weighting
Here at Serco we have two full time posts available for Safer Custody Administrator's to join our team at HMP Thameside a London based, Category B prison.
- Keeping essential risk and safety databases up to date (ACCT, CSIP)
- Using Serco systems, including Custodial Management System (CMS)
- This is a customer focused environment, providing a service to prisoners and providing relevant information to staff. For example, if it is identified that someone has mental health issues the post holder must refer to mental health team.
- Take responsibility for attending relevant meetings, presentations, training etc, as required.
- Minute taking
- Comply with the mandatory training requirements, including Health and Safety.
What you need to do the job:
This is an opportunity for an individual who has proven experience of working within a fast-paced office environment. The successful post holder must have attention to detail and clear communication that is considered essential for this role.
It goes without saying that the post holder must be able to demonstrate excellent personal organisation and business administration skills.
