Description
Our client are a leading privately owned beverage processing and distribution business.


Owing to expansion of the group and the desire for greater internal legal support, a position has been created for a Head of Legal to work closely with the Board of Directors.

It is preferred that applicants are commercially biased but have some experience on civil matters too.


_Core duties will include:
_

  • Supporting the business on disputes, M&A and other corporate activity as required
  • Work with an external law firm and outside counsel to address complex commercial matters
  • Supporting the procurement and supply chain functions on contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Support the HR team in addressing employment disputes (including ET claims and settlement agreements)
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
The role will likely allow 4 days per week to be worked from home.
