My client in Truro is seeking an experienced Mixologist Bar Tenders to expand their friendly bar team.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparing alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages for hotel and restaurant guests
  • Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks
  • Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience as a Bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Computer literacy
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean on a daily and weekly basis
  • Relevant training certificate
Full Time positions available offering an hourly rate of £11 per hour plus tips

  • You must be flexible as shifts around the opening hours between 7am
  • Midnight 7 days per week
