Job Outline:

Will Consider part time for right person.

This is a demanding role in a fast paced business based in our Clacton-On-Sea storage facility.

The role will involve system amendments/manipulation, reports generation and order management using our WMS and liaising with customers about their shipments.

You will be required to work closely with and report directly to the Dispatch Manager for the site.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing of orders on WMS
  • Data entry for WMS and live stock updates
  • Data entry for adhoc admin tasks covering all facets of the facility
  • Reports generation for management team
  • Reporting on all returns made to the facility
  • Safe working practise in a busy warehousing environment

Key Duties & Tasks:

General Paperwork & Reporting_

  • Pick note generation for all clients linked to main warehouse
  • Picking resolutions for all clients working within set boundaries
  • Returns function generate all paperwork and record all returned documentation for Returns Controller
  • Stock checks and listings to be accurately prepared & recorded
  • Daily updates on all tasks/schedules and planners
  • Any and all issues to be raised with line manager

  • Working environment cleanliness at all times
  • Communications with Line manager & Warehouse Manager for day to day
  • General Health & Safety on site including PPE
  • Responsible for each job to be completed to the best of their ability
  • System to be kept in good order recording all amendments where necessary
  • All paperwork to be kept in good order and filed correctly

Person Specification:


Qualifications/Experience:
years Previous experience in administration

  • Educated to GCSE minimum or equivalent

Skills (essential):

  • Highly organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Punctual with excellent time keeping
  • Previous experience with WMS software
  • Able to use Excel to pivot table level

Skills (desirable):

  • Ability to build/maintain good relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a Stock Control role
