Service Desk Analyst - up to £27k

Retail

Cambridge (3 days in office and 2 days remote per week)
Skills / Environment

  • Windows Desktop support any experience supporting MS Applications would be a bonus
  • Experience of support of printers, laptops and desktops
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Preferred skills but not required:
  • MSCE Desktop Infrastructure or equivalent qualifications
Role Overview

  • Maintain incident records using Helpdesk system
  • Assign tickets and escalate to relevant Support team
  • Assist in the racking and installation of server equipment in server racks
  • Assist with the patching of data network connections for servers
  • Assist with the setup an issue of IT equipment to employees and the recovery of equipment form employees leaving the company.
  • Provide customers with regular feedback on status

Salary:
up to £27k
