Description

Acorn Recruitment is looking for Warehouse Operatives with Flexi & Counterbalance Licence to work for their busy manufacturing client based in Birchwood, Warrington.

Shifts: 6am-3pm OR 7am-4pm Mon to Fri.

Rate:
£ Weekly attendance bonus of £25)

Core responsibilities:

To report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor
To ensure all Company H&S Policies and Procedures are adhered to, reporting any hazards, incidents, or accidents immediately to your supervisor
To report any Damages immediately to your supervisor whether this be company or thirdparty property
Thoroughly inspecting merchandise for any damages or discrepancies
Maintaining an accurate record of all merchandise received and distributed by ensuring the relevant operating procedures are followed on our systems
Using forklifts to load, unload, move, stack and arrange merchandise accordingly
Strategically storing merchandise to maximise storage space within the warehouse
Carry out Manual handling duties, offloading containers, stacking & restacking pallets in line with correct MH regulations
The safe use of a pallet truck & PPT
The banding or stretch wrapping of pallets
You should also be able to perform basic cleaning duties to ensure the Warehouse remains tidy

Must have a current in date Flexi & Counterbalance licence
