My client a top company is currently looking to recruit a Digital Content Manager to join its team on a contract basis.

This role will be working hybrid from home and in the office. Please note that this contract is inside of IR35 and will have to be set-upas Umbrella/PAYE.

The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for the overall function of the role is to manage the delivery and performance monitoring of the digital and content strategy for our client.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited tomanaging all website and social media developments and updates, content creation, publishing and reporting/analytics, managing award submissions and internal communications.

The position involves collaboration with colleagues across many business divisionsat all levels and all jurisdictions as well as external suppliers and clients.


PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • DIGITAL STRATEGY, WEBSITES & SOCIAL MEDIA
  • Support in the development and manage the implementation of the Clientwide digital strategy.
  • Responsible for the management and development of the Client website and all related company websites (including expansion into other languages).
  • Manage all social media profiles and social media calendar including daily updates, monitoring and associated compliance approvals at this stage Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Run internal training to engage and sustain employee advocacy on LinkedIn and grow the firm's online reach.
  • Monitor all digital analytics and supply value added feedback to management for regular board reports as well as recommendations based on results.
  • CONTENT & COPY WRITING
  • Assist with the development and execution of a compelling and effective content strategy.
  • Generate newsroom style written content in the form of articles and Q&As to support and drive business development and marketing activity. Ensure Content Marketing is integrated with the Events and PR plans.
  • Ensure all content is onbrand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimised for search for all channels.
  • Research, measure, and continuously improve SEO performance, mentoring the wider team on best SEO practice.
  • Manage and coordinate all video productions, approvals and associated launch strategies.
  • Manage the production of the Client Internal Newsletter and support with other internal communications and reports.
  • Write all service guides, case studies and other business development materials as required.
  • AWARD ENTRIES AND STASTICTICS
  • Manage the production and submission of all Client award entries.
  • Identify relevant awards for the Client to enter in line with brand positioning.
  • Support colleagues with personal award submissions.
  • CRM/ HUBSPOT
  • Responsible for the production and distribution of the firm's external newsletters and announcements though Hubspot.
  • Drive adoption of Hubspot within the team and wider firm through training and the production of training materials.
  • PROMOTE & DEVELOP ROBUST OPERATING PROCEDURES ACROSS THE BUSINESS
  • Responsible for adhering to the operating procedures of the business as written and of providing enhancements and changes to the procedures as and when identified.
