The Oliver McGowan training pilot

Tier 1 of which was developed in Gloucestershire needs to be rolled out across a number of organisations in the County.

To help put robust arrangements in place, we are now seeking a Training Project Lead.

You will need to have demonstrable experience of delivering complex projects to tight deadlines, be comfortable working with financial information, have some understanding of training or educational provision and be able to work collaboratively across organisations to deliver workable solutions.

Whilst needing to have a strategic perspective, this is also a hands-on role, and you'll need to be comfortable working with detail and helping develop and then implement processes and training arrangements.
