About Our Client:


They are a successful and growing board level consultancy firm based in the heart of Mayfair and strongly believe that outstanding service delivers the very best results.

Their clients range from some of Britain's best known and largest companies to smaller clients with turnover in the region of £50 million.


They typically work for three types of client:
FTSE 100 and mid-cap; private equity firms and their portfolio companies.


The role includes (but is not limited to):

  • Providing admin support to a small team of four Executive Assistants and a wider team of Partners/Consultants/Researchers
  • Sharing general administrative tasks on a daily basis
  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Preparation of monthly expense reports for Partners and Consultants
  • Planning of regular events
  • General office administrative duties such as: ordering stationery; office supplies and dealing with incoming/outgoing post
  • Liaising with service providers (e.g. IT, phones, deliveries and building management)
  • Utilising the firm's database to manage assignments, update records and find information

The Successful Applicant:


Requirements:


  • Previous administrative experience in a professional fastpaced environment
  • You should have the ability to learn new tasks quickly, support various people simultaneously and manage your own workload
  • You should be able to deal confidently with changing priorities and lastminute changes
  • You must be happy to work as part of a small, tightlyknit team and contributing more broadly to the firm's development
  • You must have good communication skills both written and oral
  • You should be flexible, solution focused and committed
  • You should display the highest levels of tact and discretion
  • You should be an intermediate user of MS Word and Outlook
