CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE / EXETER - 16 MONTH FTC

Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter

Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:15pm


Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Representative to join our clients team in Exeter on a 16 month contract.


Main responsibilities:


  • Proactively deal with all manner of enquiries relating to customer service, customer order processing, product identification and technical supportFirst contact for resolving any concerns and issues raised
Frontline support to customers and the Field Sales Team


About you:


  • Able to demonstrate previous experience and knowledge of working in a fast paced customer driven environmentCustomer focused, enthusiastic and have a flexible attitude
Able to prioritize and manage workload

Ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively with strong interpersonal and negotiations skills

Positive can do attitude

Attention to detail and good time management skills

Good organizational and administration skills

A good level of IT literacy including MS Office

Experience of AS400 systems would be an advantage
