Watford Administration £22k - 25k per year Full time / Permanent Job description Customer Administrator We are looking for a customer Administrator to join a growing and highly successful business based in Watford.
This company are top of their game in what they do and are currently looking to bring on board a new member to join their customer queries team.
This role will involve dealing with a whole array of different issues including billing and invoicing Somebody with a key eye for detail and very clear communication skills would fit this Customer Administrator role perfectly This is working in a fun, busy and enthusiastic team so a likeminded individual would be great Customer Administrator duties include:Processing customer requests Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls Liaising with internal teams Processing invoices Updating the company database Updating and processing information on reports
