Trilogic Recruitment are representing a growing Internet Law training specialist based in Stevenage.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an administrator with general responsibilities over the organisation office administration.

This role has the potential to offer further career opportunities for you as they grow.


As an Administrator, you will be:

  • Taking phone calls and dealing with general enquiries.
  • Registering delegates for training. Communicating with delegates before, during and after course.
  • Managing posts to be sent to delegates ahead of training
  • Assisting the Digital Marketing Executive with research and other support as required.
  • Updating website with training schedules

Requirements:


  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • An ability to learn quickly and take ownership of the tasks at hand
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
