Handle are very excited to be working with one of the country's leading promotions companies for innovative live entertainment across the UK, Europe and the US.

They work with an excellent roster of musicians, comedians and a variety of clients and venues in the entertainment sector.

Key responsibilities will include:

Liaising with promoters, CCO & CEO, ticket agents, venues and other stakeholders to advise on and manage the ticketing.
Prepare events for onsale by confirming and configuring event details including seating plans, price structures, booking fees and calculate ticket stock requirements against sales forecasts.
Creating reporting documents to administer events and track sales / revenue
Maximise ticket sales and revenue by monitoring and analysing sales to proactively manage inventory and allocations across ticket agents.
Produce event sales forecasts, updates, and other reports and communicate directly to the company heads.
Liaise with the production and licensing teams to ensure terms and conditions are up to date
Work closely with the marketing/digital department to ensure all events are supported in line with forecasts and sales to ensure show success.
Process internal ticket orders including artist management and label requests; raising invoice requisitions as appropriate.
35 years' experience in ticketing for music events across multiple markets.
Superior understanding of deal structures.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to oversee the development of business plans.
Ability to execute all aspects of tour roll out to the field.
Ability to foster superior relationships with ticketing companies, artists, band managers, agents.
