**Café Supervisor (People)

Salary**:
£19,666 (pro rata) per annum (£24,583 FTE)

Contract:
Permanent, 28 hours per week. One weekend in two and occasional bank holidays

Based:
College Lake Visitor Centre, Tring

An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of the Trust's most popular Visitor Centres

The Trust is recruiting for a Café Supervisor to join their friendly visitor centre team. Their lake side café offers a seasonal range of drinks, homemade cakes, light meals, and ice creams.


What you'll be doing:


  • Overseeing food hygiene, ensuring that café safety and hygiene standards are upheld
  • Working alongside another Cafe Supervisor who guides on Stock Management
  • Managing the Cafe Assistants
  • Managing administrative aspects of the Cafe, including the monthly rota
  • Playing a key role in Cafe Steering Group meetings
