Role summary:


The role of Supervisor here at DX is to manage the day to day running of the team to ensure all aspects of the operation are completed in a customer focused, secure and cost-effective way.

This role has both people management responsibilities as well as customer contact.

The Supervisor acts as a point of escalation for issues that arise during the shift and works as part of the overall site management team.


Key responsibilities

  • Plans and coordinates the incoming goods, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner to achieve team objectives and targets
  • Ensure all operational procedures and activities are undertaken in line with guidelines and expectations
  • Builds relationships with customers/suppliers and utilises relationships to ensure issues are resolved speedily
  • Supervises all personnel to ensure sufficient skills are available to cover all roles
  • Monitor and review operational performance and takes timely action to address any issues and build on best practices
  • To produce reports and management statistics when required

Additional information on this role


If you have previous supervisory experience gained in a fast-paced work environment and are proficient in Word and Excel that would be an advantage in this role.
