I am working with a fantastic Private Equity company and they are seeking a solid PA to join the team.

They are an independent company with a strong company culture and are in need of a switched on individual to support 8 individuals.


The Role:


You will be supporting across multiple teams, which ensures that it will be fast paced where no 2 days are the same.


Key Duties Include:


  • Complex travel and calendar management across time zones
  • Meeting coordination and preparing documents
  • Roadshow organisation
  • Coordinating with Personal Assistants across the company's expansive operations to maximise efficiency
  • Updating and managing documentation for critical calls and meetings
  • Carries previous PA experience minimum 1 year
  • Degree educated
  • Has excellent planning and prioritisation skills, both as an individual and in a team
  • Is calm and flexible under pressure and demonstrates a keen interest in company life
