Taylor Hawkes are working exclusively with an outstanding independent London based accountancy firm with offices in London's Notting Hill and East London, Shoreditch.

The firm has built an extremely strong, respected and powerful presence over the past 13years particularly within the creative industries, notably in Fashion, Photography, Creative and PR agencies.

The cliental are based across London with some clients also having international bases who require excellent service and guidance which the firm aims to always deliver and prides themselves on doing so.

The firm continues to grow year on year and endeavourto find determined, talented and resourceful employees ranging from administrative positions, bookkeepers to portfolio managers to join and help steer the firms ever growing client base in the right direction.

The Role

Managing all aspects of their allocated client portfolio; including planning, the execution of the work, drafting of correspondence and billing. The work will include the requisite elements of the work from start to completion on accounting, tax, trustsand audit.
Managing junior staff and assist in their training
Planning work and allocating appropriate resources to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and to a high standard; reviewing work and giving feedback to junior staff.
Acting as the main point of contact for the clients in the portfolio and corresponding with them in the most appropriate way.
Dealing with the HMRC and other third parties.
Assisting with other ad hoc assignments in relation to the financial affairs of clients.
Assisting with marketing the firm and attending networking events with coprofessionals, as appropriate.
